FrameLiner, Inc., together with its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates ("FrameLiner," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website (currently located at https://www.frameliners.com), our applications, tools, and any related products, features, functionality, and content (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use (the "Terms"), which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
This Privacy Policy applies to information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or household ("Personal Data" or "Personal Information").
1. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice, such as by posting a prominent notice on our homepage or sending you an email, where required by law. Your continued use of the Services after any changes become effective means you agree to the revised Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect Personal Data in several ways: (a) directly from you, (b) automatically as you use the Services, and (c) from third parties.
2.1 Information You Provide Directly

- Video and Home Inventory Information. When you use FrameLiner's core functionality, you may upload or stream a video walkthrough of the interior of your home (and, if applicable, exterior spaces such as garages or storage units). These videos may include visual details of your rooms, furnishings, and belongings, layout and pathways within your home, and background audio.
- Communications and Support. Information contained in messages you send us (via email, forms, chat, or phone), including any attachments or additional details you choose to share.

Your Choices. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, or to set preferences. If you disable cookies, some features of the Services may not function properly.
4. How We Use Personal Data
We use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate the Services. Creating and managing your account, processing your quote requests and move details, enabling you to upload and manage video walkthroughs and inventories.
- To analyze your video and build a moving inventory. Using automated tools, including computer vision, machine learning, and other AI-driven techniques, to analyze your video walkthrough and identify items relevant to your move.
- To obtain and present moving quotes. Using your move details and inventory to identify suitable moving companies, sharing necessary information with moving companies so they can provide quotes, and facilitating comparison and booking.
- To communicate with you. Responding to your requests, questions, and support inquiries, and sending transactional messages.
- To personalize and improve the Services. Understanding how users interact with the Services and improving our AI models, user experience, and product features.
- To protect security, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Monitoring and preventing fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
5. How We Share Personal Data
5.1 Service Providers
We share Personal Data with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting and storage, analytics and performance monitoring, customer support tools, email and communications platforms, security and fraud prevention, and payment processors.
5.2 Moving Companies and Business Partners
To fulfill your request for moving estimates and related services, we may share Personal Data with moving companies and carriers that participate in our network. The information we share typically includes your contact information, origin and destination addresses, and your AI-generated inventory and relevant move details. As a general rule, we do not share raw video walkthroughs with moving companies.
5.3 Legal and Safety
We may disclose Personal Data if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with any applicable law, protect the rights, property, or safety of FrameLiner, our users, or others, detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues, or enforce our Terms or other policies.
5.4 Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, Personal Data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5.5 With Your Consent or At Your Direction
We may share Personal Data with third parties when you ask us to, when you direct us to, or when you otherwise consent.
5.6 De-Identified and Aggregated Information
We may share de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, for research, analytics, and other lawful purposes.
6. Your Choices
Marketing Communications. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe link in those emails or contacting us. We may still send you non-marketing, transactional communications.
Cookies and Tracking. You can manage cookies through your browser settings or device controls. If you disable or reject cookies, some features of the Services may not work as intended.
Do Not Track. The Services currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals because there is no consistent industry standard for such signals.
7. Your Privacy Rights (U.S. State Residents)
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your Personal Data under state privacy laws (for example, in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and other states with similar laws). Subject to applicable law, these rights may include:
- The right to know what categories of Personal Data we collect, use, disclose, and, where applicable, "sell" or "share."
- The right to access and obtain a copy of certain Personal Data.
- The right to request deletion of your Personal Data.
- The right to request correction of inaccurate Personal Data.
- The right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your Personal Data, certain targeted advertising, and certain forms of profiling.
If you would like to exercise any of these rights, you can contact us at the email address listed in Section 13. We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
8. Data Retention
We retain Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services to you, support our business operations, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Raw Video Walkthroughs. We retain raw video files of your home for only as long as needed to process the video using our AI/automated tools, perform quality assurance or troubleshooting, and allow you a short window to re-process or correct obvious capture issues. We then delete or irreversibly de-identify raw video within a reasonable period after successful processing, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary to resolve a specific issue.
Derived Inventories and Quote Data. We retain the AI-generated inventory, move details, and quote/booking records for longer periods, as they are part of your move history and our business records.
9. Data Processing Locations and Transfers
FrameLiner is based in the United States, and the Services are designed primarily for use in the U.S. Personal Data may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have different data-protection laws than your country of residence. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) to protect your Personal Data when it is transferred across borders.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no system or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately via the contact information below.
11. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, or services that we do not own or control (including moving companies' sites). Any information you provide to those third parties is governed by their privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
12. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
