Everything you need to know about using FrameLiner for your next move
FrameLiner builds the same kind of inventory a professional surveyor would, just from video instead of a clipboard. In most cases, our estimates closely match what movers charge once they see the job. When there's uncertainty, we lean slightly high so you're not getting hit with "we under-estimated" fees later.
You're always in control. After your video is processed, you'll see a full inventory of items. You can add, remove, or edit anything before you confirm your move. If it's in your home, you can make sure it's in your inventory.
Yes. If you choose our guaranteed option, that price is locked in as the maximum price you pay — no fuel surcharges, no "we need a bigger truck" surprise, no day-of games. The only exception is if you add a significant amount of additional stuff that wasn't in your original inventory.
Just walk through your home at a normal pace and point your camera at what's being moved: furniture, boxes, closets (with doors open), and storage areas. Most apartments take under a minute of video. You don't have to narrate or do anything special.
We process your video securely, extract the inventory, and then delete the footage. What we keep is the structured inventory and estimate data — not the raw video of your home.
Yes. Once your inventory is ready, you can share it with multiple vetted movers and see their offers in one place. They all quote from the same move profile, so you're comparing apples to apples instead of a mess of one-off estimates.
We support local and long-distance moves. Whether you're going across town or across state lines, your inventory becomes the starting point for accurate pricing — not guesswork.
That's up to you and the mover you choose. Many customers are present; others have a friend or family member meet the crew. Either way, your inventory and agreed price keep everyone aligned on what's being moved and what it should cost.
